reserves the right to decline any advertising. Ad banners that threaten the visitor
or their computer, or otherwise intentionally mislead visitors into clicking
on
their banners are prohibited. The subject material of the linked page should
be directly related to the message reflected in the banner ad. ImpotenceSpecialists.com
is not responsible for the content of third party sites that are directly or
indirectly
linked from our site. Advertisment on this site does not imply endorsement of
the advertised product, company or service.
Banner
Ad Definition
A banner ad is the graphic image of the client's
message that is generated on the screen of the person's computer who is visiting
the ImpotenceSpecialists.com web site page that contains the graphic file and
related controlling HTML code for that message. Banner
Ad Creation
Banner ads provided by the client must meet
ImpotenceSpecialists.com banner ad specifications set forth below and should be
e-mailed to customerservice@impotencespecialists.com at least 5 business days
prior to the requested start date of the banner ad promotion. ImpotenceSpecialists.com
will charge the client a fee of $400 for each banner ad that they create for the
client. Banner Ad Maintenance
Each client request for graphic revision to an already approved ImpotenceSpecialists.com
banner ad will be billed $200 per request with a maximum of 2 change-requests
per month. There is no additional charge to change the target URL. Banner ads
for each web page slot may be replaced no more than once per month. Contract
Renewal
ImpotenceSpecialists.com reserves the first right of refusal
for renewal of any banner ad slot or keyword-ad buy on the hisandherhealth.com
web site. Right of Refusal
ImpotenceSpecialists.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement sponsorship
banner that does not completely conform to every detail, instruction, method,
and guideline set in the Technical Specifications. ImpotenceSpecialists.com reserves
the right to refuse any advertisement graphic that does not arrive seven days
before the client would like the banner to be produced online. ImpotenceSpecialists.com
does not accept advertising from companies that produce or provide tobacco, alcohol,
or pornographic products or services (which ImpotenceSpecialists.com shall have
complete discretion to define), or their subsidiaries, or foundations funded by
such companies whose function is to improve acceptance of such products by the
public. The Advertising Agreement is voidable by ImpotenceSpecialists.com immediately
if client fails to disclose (or conceals or misrepresents) any involvement with
tobacco, alcohol, or pornographic products or services. In addition, ImpotenceSpecialists.com
may, in its complete discretion refuse the use of any other advertising that it
deems inappropriate. Banner ads that threaten the visitor or their computer, or
otherwise intentionally mislead visitors into clicking on their banners are prohibited.

Usage Statistics and Warranties
ImpotenceSpecialists.com will provide a unique account name and password to the
client that will allow the client to monitor, via a web browser, how many times
each purchased banner ad has been displayed (impressions), and the percentage
of time that visitors click on each banner ad (Click-Through-Rate). Banner ad
Click-Through-Rate statistics are provided as a courtesy to the client and are
not a part of the billing formula. ImpotenceSpecialists.com shall not be held
liable for any claims as they relate to said usage statistics and does not warrant
that the functions of the web site will meet the client's expectations of site
traffic or resulting business. In no event will ImpotenceSpecialists.com or its
sub-contractors be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including
any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages
arising out of the operation of, or inability to operate the ImpotenceSpecialists.com
web site, even if ImpotenceSpecialists.com has been advised of the possibility
of such damages. Cost Calculation & Tracking
Banner advertisements on ImpotenceSpecialists.com are sold based
on the actual number of times visitors have seen your ad (page views) measured
in Cost Per Thousand "impressions" (CPM). There is a base fee minimum of 35,000
CPMs per month paid in advance by secure online credit card transaction for placement
of a banner ad regardless of the number of impressions registered below 35,000.
The additional CPMs are as noted on the rate card and are payable within three
working days after the previous billing period has expired. See rate card below
for sizes, locations and rates. Banner ads placement and calculations start on
either the first or the 15th of each month and run until the first of 15th of
the following month, depending on the start date. When an account is established,
and fees paid, ImpotenceSpecialists.com's managing sales staff HisAndHerHealth.com
will issue an account name and password that will allow advertisers to monitor
how many times the banner has been viewed and the percentage of time that visitors
actually clicked on the banner to go to the designated URL (Click-Through Rate).
Ad Placement & Rotation
Banner ads can be displayed exclusively in a specific slot on a specific page,
or can be classified Run Of Site (ROS) which displays your the ad randomly throughout
the month, over all of the non-exclusive slots on the site, alternating with the
other ROS ads from our other advertisers. ImpotenceSpecialists.Inc also offers
exclusive space for banner ads and keyword sponsorship at exclusive rates. No
ads can be placed or run on the splash page. Rate
Card
The following table lists the rates for the different banner
ad sizes and placements that we offer. Contact our managing sales staff at HisAndHerHealth.com
for information on volume discounts and how we can customize your advertising
campaign. Billing & Terms
Our managing agent, HisAndHerHealth.com will bill monthly via e-mail for
the number of impressions your banners logged during the past month with approved
credit. The minimum CPM monthly fee is payable in advance of banner ad placement.
Technical Specifications
Our professional ad serving system accepts all IAB/CASIE banner ad sizes in all
of the standard and rich media graphic file formats and offers support for third
